What to include with your enquiry

• The material: mild steel, stainless steel (304 or 316, in 2B or No. 4 finish) or aluminium (5005)
• The thickness: mild steel up to 10 mm, stainless steel up to 3 mm, aluminium up to 2 mm
• The quantity of each different part
• Your drawing at 1:1 scale in millimetres
• Any critical dimensions, welding or finishing requirements, and when you need the parts

File types we accept

We accept DXF, DWG, AI and EPS vector files, with DXF preferred (saved as R12, R13 or R14). Remove dimensions, borders and duplicate lines, and convert text to outlines. A photo or sketch needs converting before it can be cut, so ask us about drawing help. Read our laser cutting guidelines and our guide to preparing a DXF file.

Pickup and delivery

Most orders are collected from our workshop at 167 Manchester Road, Mooroolbark VIC 3138. Delivery can be arranged in advance, so mention it when you request your quote.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weekends and earlier times are by appointment, so please call ahead before visiting.
